Three Kramon & Graham Associates Become Principals of Firm

Kramon & Graham, P.A. is very pleased to announce that Amy E. Askew, Ezra S. Gollogly and Steven M. Klepper  became Principals of the firm on July 1, 2010.

Askew is a civil and commercial litigator who focuses her practice in the transportation and health care industries, among others. She has defended railroads, physicians, hospitals, and other businesses, and has successfully handled numerous cases in Maryland trial and appellate courts. Askew is a 2001 graduate magna cum laude of the University of Baltimore School of Law, and has been recognized as a "Rising Star" in 2009 and 2010 by Maryland Super Lawyers.

Gollogly is a litigator with experience in a broad variety of business and commercial litigation. He graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2000, and served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Richard Bennett of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland from 2005-2007.

Klepper focuses his practice on insurance coverage and appellate advocacy, having argued insurance and criminal appeals before the Court of Appeals of Maryland and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the District of Columbia Circuit. He frequently publishes and lectures on insurance and other topics. Klepper is a 2001 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, and teaches a course on Supreme Court history at Goucher College, where he serves on the executive board of the alumni association.
