Cynthia Berman Appointed to WYPR Community Advisory Board

Cynthia A. Berman, a principal at Kramon & Graham, P.A., has been appointed to the Community Advisory Board of WYPR, a public radio station based in Baltimore. The Community Advisory Board advises station management on the educational and cultural needs of the community and evaluates whether those needs are being effectively represented in the station's programming. The Board is constituted under the Public Broadcasting Act of 1967 and its members are appointed by the station's Board of Directors.

Berman has handled commercial real estate transactions and general business matters for over twenty years, including the acquisition, sale, development, financing, and leasing of commercial, industrial, and residential real estate. She represents developers, home builders, construction companies and property managers, and she advises business clients on a wide variety of business and contract issues.
