Lee H. Ogburn, a principal at Kramon & Graham, P.A., will speak about defending "Chinese drywall" insurance coverage claims at a conference in Miami Beach, Florida in late October. Drywall was imported from China during the U.S. construction boom of the past ten years and has been alleged to undergo chemical reactions in conditions of high heat and humidity. He will discuss the "pollution exclusion" and the circumstances under which claims based on problems with Chinese drywall may be covered.
