Plaintiffs, the Baltimore City Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #3 and the Baltimore City Firefighters' IAFF, Local 734, have alleged that the city breached its contracts with regard to the city's pension system. The case is Robert F. Cherry, et al. v. Mayor and City Council of Baltimore City, et al., No. 1:2010-cv-01447 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
Jean Lewis represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of matters involving litigation. Her practice includes a variety of business disputes, pension matters, internal investigations, receiverships, and adversary proceedings arising of out of bankruptcy proceedings.
