Kevin F. Arthur
Mr. Arthur joined the Firm in 1988. He has been a Principal since 1996.
Mr. Arthur has a broad practice, which focuses on business litigation, professional liability litigation, insurance coverage litigation, and securities regulation and litigation. He represents clients in state and federal courts throughout the United States, in regulatory proceedings before state and federal agencies, and in arbitration cases, including cases before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
Mr. Arthur has written and lectured widely on appellate litigation, especially the final judgment rule. He is a member, and the former co-chair, of the Appellate Practice Committee of the Maryland State Bar Association. He is also the co-chair of the Maryland Civil Pattern Jury Instruction Committee, and he serves on the Maryland State Bar Association's Committee of Laws, which advises the Association's Board of Governors about pending legislation.
Mr. Arthur has been selected for inclusion in the publication The Best Lawyers in America, as one of the leading lawyers in Maryland in the areas of Commercial Litigation and Professional Malpractice Law. He is also listed in Maryland Super Lawyers 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.

Mr. Arthur is also a guitarist, as well as a dedicated cyclist and long-distance runner.
