Marilyn Hope Fisher

Ms. Fisher has been a Principal in the Firm since 1990.  She represents closely held corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies in a wide spectrum of industries.  Ms. Fisher has advised clients in real estate development, manufacturing, and professional practices on a wide variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions.  She has worked with both corporate and individual clients on employment matters.  Ms. Fisher also assists clients in estates and trusts matters. 

Ms. Fisher is active in community affairs.  She recently served on the School Improvement Team of Baltimore City College, a public magnet high school.  She also served as President of Chesapeake Planning Giving Council, an educational group of planned giving advisors; and is presently on the Advisory Board of the Council.  She served as Vice President and on the board of Mount Washington Preservation Trust, Inc.; and as the Vice President of the Executive Board of Hillel of Greater Baltimore, Inc., a constituent agency of The Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore, Inc.  Hillel provides support services to central Maryland college students.  In addition, she has also served on the Board of Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital, Inc.  She is on the Board of the Goucher Hillel Council of Goucher College, and she has been active in Goucher College alumni activities.  Ms. Fisher was also member of and counsel to the Board of Baltimore Advisors, Inc., a not‑for-profit organization dedicated to providing management consulting services to Baltimore City businesses.
