John F. Dougherty
Mr. Dougherty is a principal of the firm. His practice consists of general civil litigation, including construction defect, delay, mechanic's lien, and insurance subrogation claims; environmental litigation and due diligence; riparian rights; commercial transaction and real estate disputes; and administrative law, including environmental regulatory matters, government procurement, and contracting.
Before becoming associated with the Firm, Mr. Dougherty was a senior project manager and hydrogeologist with Fluor Daniel GTI, Inc., where he managed hazardous waste site investigation and remediation projects for several large petroleum and manufacturing companies.
