Brian S. Southard
Mr. Southard represents local and regional commercial borrowers and developers engaged in the acquisition, disposition, development, construction, leasing, and financing of commercial enterprises including office, industrial, residential construction, and mixed‑use development projects. Such representation includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale contracts, development agreements, leases, forming residential homeowners associations and commercial condominium associations, and advising and assisting clients through the land use and entitlement processes. With respect to his commercial loan practice, Mr. Southard assists a variety of clients in securing construction and permanent financing, revolving lines of credit, and mezzanine financing.
Mr. Southard serves on the Board of Directors of the Community Law Center, Inc.
