James M. Kramon
Mr. Kramon is a co-founder of Kramon & Graham, P.A. His practice involves the general representation of individuals, and business and commercial matters.
He served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Maryland from 1971 through 1975. Mr. Kramon is admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, New York, and various federal courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States. He is listed in Maryland Super Lawyers 2009 and 2010.
Mr. Kramon is a member of the Baltimore City, Maryland State, American, and Federal Bar Associations. He has served as President of the Baltimore Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, Chairman of the Special Committee on Law Practice Quality of the Maryland State Bar Association, Vice Chairman of the Committee on Ethics of the Maryland State Bar Association, a member of the Special Committee of Proposed Code of Judicial Conduct of the Maryland State Bar Association, Chairman of the Ethics Committee and member of the Executive Committee of the Bar Association of the Baltimore City, and as an instructor at the University of Maryland and the University of Baltimore Schools of Law. He has lectured on various occasions, including at the American Law Institute. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of various charitable organizations, including the Lawyers Campaign Against Hunger, the Choice Program, and Advocates for Children and Youth. Mr. Kramon has been listed in Who's Who in American Law and The Best Lawyers in America. He is the author of five books, and over 50 articles in legal and other publications and newspapers.
