Ezra S. Gollogly
Mr. Gollogly practices in the area of general civil and commercial litigation.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Gollogly worked as an associate at the law firms of Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi, LLP and Bingham McCutchen, LLP. His prior work experience includes: representing the plaintiff in patent litigation involving microprocessor system design in a case against major computer manufacturers venued in East Texas; representing a potential defendant in the investigation of a products liability matter; advising clients on compliance issues related to employee benefit plans; and drafting and negotiating license, employment, merger, and financing agreements.
Mr. Gollogly served as law clerk to the Honorable Richard D. Bennett of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland from 2005-2007. He graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2000.
Mr. Gollogly is a member of the Maryland, Massachusetts, and Minnesota state bars. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
