Eric L. Klein
Mr. Klein joined the firm in January 2010, after serving as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert I. Richter of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
While in law school, Mr. Klein focused on appellate advocacy, managing the George Washington University Law School's moot court board and winning a series of moot court competitions. He won the school's Van Vleck Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition as a second-year law student, taking top honors in the competition for best brief and best oral advocate after arguing before U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito. Mr. Klein also won the Gilbert A. Cuneo Government Contracts Competition and was a semifinalist, with a second-place brief, in the National Moot Court Competition held annually in New York City.
Mr. Klein is an adjunct professor of appellate advocacy at the University of Baltimore School of Law and a professorial lecturer in law (appellate advocacy) at the George Washington University Law School.
