Ezra S. Gollogly
Mr. Gollogly practices in the area of general civil and commercial litigation. He represents clients in a wide variety of matters, including employment disputes, complex commercial disputes, business break-ups, contract disputes, administrative agency matters, and professional liability cases. Mr. Gollogly appears routinely in both federal and Maryland state courts, and represents clients in appeals, mediations, and arbitrations.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Gollogly served as law clerk to the Honorable Richard D. Bennett of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Mr. Gollogly also worked as an associate at the law firms of Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi, LLP and Bingham McCutchen, LLP. His prior work experience includes: patent litigation; advising on compliance issues related to employee benefit plans; and negotiating license, employment, merger, and financing agreements.
Mr. Gollogly is a permanent member of the Judicial Conference for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He has been listed as a "Rising Star" in the 2011 and 2012 editions of Maryland Super Lawyers and serves on the Board of Directors for the Federal Bar Association for the District of Maryland.
Mr. Gollogly is a member of the Maryland bar. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
