Biography
Kelly is an accomplished trial lawyer with a deep background in legal ethics and professional responsibility. Her experience with the Office of Bar Counsel of Maryland — first as a Staff Attorney and then as an Assistant Bar Counsel — included overseeing and handling numerous disciplinary investigations and prosecuting Petitions for Disciplinary or Remedial Action throughout Maryland.
Kelly also worked as an Assistant State's Attorney in Montgomery County, prosecuting misdemeanors and felonies.
Following law school, Kelly served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Gary E. Bair, Associate Judge, Circuit Court for Montgomery County.
