Kramon & Graham Principals Present at “Introduction to Federal Practice Program”

Two Kramon & Graham principals participated in a presentation on subject matter jurisdiction, venue, and removal at the Northern Division of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland on April 3, 2015. Ezra Gollogly began with a discussion of subject matter jurisdiction. Chief U.S. District Judge Catherine Blake focused on venue. Jean Lewis discussed removal. The talk was part of the “Introduction to Federal Practice Program” sponsored by the Maryland Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
