Kramon & Graham obtains summary judgement in strict products liability and breach of warranty suit

Kramon & Graham trial attorneys John Bourgeois and Summer Niazy obtained a judgment in excess of $740,000 on behalf of their client in a products liability lawsuit in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. The defendants were found liable for strict products liability and breach of warranty for distributing a contaminated medical product for use in transplant tissue recovery procedures. Thankfully, there were no injuries as a result of use the contaminated product, though significant economic losses were incurred by the plaintiff. The judgment obtained by Kramon & Graham awarded the plaintiff 100% of its losses, plus interest.
