Kramon & Graham represents Merritt Properties in acquisition of 100 West Road

Kramon & Graham principal Cynthia Berman represented Merritt Properties in the $24.55 million purchase of the 121,414-square-foot 100 West Road building, a Class A, five-story office building that is LEED-EB Gold certified. Located at West Road and the Baltimore Beltway in Towson, the property complements Merritt’s existing Class A office portfolio of 825,895 square feet within the Towson/Timonium submarket of Baltimore County.

Merritt acquired the building at 100% occupancy. In Q1 2018, 2,174 square feet will be available for rent. Current tenants include national credit, regional credit and media-office users, such as Comcast, Robert W. Baird & Company, Regus and Liberty Mutual.
