Steve Klepper wins $2 million dispute in household exclusion appeal

In a unanimous opinion, Maryland's highest court ruled for Kramon & Graham's client in a $2 million dispute, rejecting arguments that a personal umbrella liability insurance policy's household exclusion violated the Maryland Code. Kramon & Graham appellate practice chair Steve Klepper represented the insurance company. Law360 covered the case in an article, which can be read here.

Steve, who heads Kramon & Graham's appellate practice, is co-editing the Sixth Edition of Appellate Practice for the Maryland Lawyer: State and Federal (forthcoming 2023) and serves as editor-in-chief of the Maryland Appellate Blog.
