Tips & Advice for Responding to the Commission on Judicial Disabilities

Firm principal Andrew Jay Graham recently participated in "Tips & Advice for Responding to the Commission on Judicial Disabilities," a panel discussion sponsored by the Maryland Circuit Judges Association.  Even if later found to be unsubstantiated, judicial grievances can have lasting negative effects on a judge’s career and reputation. Mr. Graham and firm attorney Louis Malick represent a number of judges with matters pending before the Commission. Mr. Graham explained that experienced counsel can help a judge successfully navigate the judicial disabilities process, from responding to a complaint through informal resolution or formal proceedings and further review.
