Washington Post publishes Steve Klepper's editorial concerning Judge Angela Eaves

In a Washington Post editorial, Kramon & Graham appellate chair Steven M. Klepper praises Governor Larry Hogan's selection of Harford County Circuit Judge Angela Eaves as a judge of Maryland's highest court. Judge Eaves, who is Maryland's first Afro-Latina appellate judge, did not originally seek the nomination, and only applied when the Governor re-advertised the vacancy to attract more diverse applicants. Noting Judge Eaves' high qualifications, Steve discusses her selection as an example of diversity and merit-selection going hand-in-hand.
