Andy Graham quoted in Baltimore Sun on judicial disciplinary rules

Kramon & Graham co-founder Andrew Jay Graham was quoted in a July 11, 2019 Baltimore Sun article concerning the process for reviewing allegations of judicial misconduct. In Why does it take so long to discipline a judge in Maryland? Recent Glen Burnie homicide brings scrutiny, Andy commented that any investigation involving judicial misconduct should be thorough and follow procedural due process. Without due process, members of the bench could face discipline for rulings that are "simply unpopular."
