Kimberly Park is Kramon & Graham's Director of Finance and Operations. With more than 20 years of experience in law firm management, Kimberly leads a team that is responsible for financial functions across the firm, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. She oversees the firm's operational functions, including space planning and vendor management. Working with the firm's executive leadership, Kimberly executes strategies and initiatives to drive the firm's continued growth and innovation.

Kimberly is a member of the Maryland Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators.

As Director of Human Resources, Katelyn Schmidt leads the firm's administrative staff and human resources functions. A veteran human resources professional with more than 20 years of experience, Katy brings substantial experience to her role in areas including recruitment, employee relations, policy design, systems implementation, and employee benefits. She provides consultation to Kramon & Graham's executive leadership on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training, and development. Before joining the firm, Katy served as a human resources manager with Choice Hotels International.

The Daily Record 2023 named Katy a Leader in Law honoree. Katy holds accredited certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management and HRCI. She is a member of SHRM, the Human Resources Professionals Association, and the Chesapeake Human Resources Association.

As Director of Kramon & Graham's Information Technology, Janet Sprinkle ensures that the firm's information systems effectively meet the evolving needs of our lawyers. Bringing more than 30 years of experience to her role, she is responsible for leading all aspects of the firm's technology, including IT infrastructure, internal support services, technology training, data security, business continuity, software and hardware integration, and knowledge management. Janet assists Kramon & Graham's executive management with important technological aspects of the firm's strategic growth initiatives and long-range business planning,

Janet is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators and the International Legal Technology Association.

Having worked at the firm for more than twenty-five years, Connie brings a deep institutional knowledge of the firm's practice areas and strong organizational skills to the case-management support she provides on complex cases.

Jennifer Gray is a paralegal with Kramon & Graham's Real Estate practice. She is a member of a legal team that provides full-service representation to real estate developers and owners.

Jennifer works closely with the firm's homebuilder clients, particularly during the land acquisition and feasibility process and in the creation and maintenance of HOA documentation. In this regard, she assists clients throughout the developer to owner transition until turnover to residential members and satisfies multi-state requirements for disclosures to third-party home buyers.

Before joining Kramon & Graham, Jennifer was a legal assistant at a Baltimore County law firm.

Nancy Sumwalt is a paralegal with the Transactional Group. She supports Kramon & Graham clients on a variety of business and real estate matters, including preparing governance documents for limited liability companies, corporations, and other business associations, and handling business registrations nationwide. She regularly interacts with government offices to file, manage, and search public records. Nancy assists the firm's Real Estate practice by preparing deeds, easements, property management agreements, and a wide variety of instruments related to real property transactions. Nancy regularly supports the litigation attorneys in cases relating to business and real estate matters. She has been a valued member of the Kramon & Graham team since 1986.
