Daily Record quotes Andrew Jay Graham regarding judicial grievance case

On December 18, 2017, the Maryland Commission on Judicial Disabilities voted 6-4 to refer the case of Howard County District Court Judge Mary C. Reese to the Court of Appeals for further proceedings. Judge Reese is represented by Andrew Jay Graham and Louis P. Malick. In a strong dissent, two members of the Commission voiced serious concerns regarding the lack of procedural protections afforded to judges charged with sanctionable conduct.

In "Divided panel votes to discipline Howard County judge," Andy commented, "I think the dissent was very well-reasoned, and I certainly look forward to having the Court of Appeals review the entire case."

Andy and Lou have represented a number of Maryland judges with matters pending before the Commission and regularly represent Maryland attorneys with matters pending before the Attorney Grievance Commission and the Court of Appeals.
