Philip Andrews Represents Successful Travel Plaza Bidder

Phil Andrews represented Areas USA in its successful bid to rebuild and operate two Interstate 95 travel plazas north of Baltimore. After a hearing before the Board of Public Works on Wednesday, March 7, 2012, Governor Martin O'Malley and Treasurer Nancy Kopp voted to award the contract to Areas USA, a selection which had been hotly contested by losing bidder HMSHost.
