The new edition includes valuable sample documents, including petitioner's brief, appellee's brief, and appellant's brief for Maryland's appellate courts.
"What an honor to have participated in this authoritative reference with my teachers, mentors, and colleagues Paul Sandler and Andrew Levy," said Steve Klepper. "Through their leadership and guidance and the insight and wisdom imparted by our esteemed contributors, I know this publication will continue to be a valuable resource for all who practice in Maryland's appellate courts."
