Beth Evans represents insurers nationally in insurance coverage disputes. Before attending law school, she worked for several years in the special liability group of Travelers Insurance, where she handled complex toxic tort and other environmental claims. Beth's industry experience gives her a unique perspective as a coverage lawyer representing insurers nationally in coverage disputes. She has particular experience handling coverage disputes arising from construction, products-liability, environmental, sexual-misconduct, business-tort, and commercial claims.
Beth also represents clients in the defense of civil claims in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Before joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable William M. Nickerson in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. While in law school, Beth was the captain of the University of Maryland Negotiation Team and concentrated her course work in Environmental Law.
