Catherine Scott is an associate in the firm's Litigation Group. She represents clients in civil and criminal matters in state and federal courts.
Before joining the firm, Catherine served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable E. Gregory Wells, Chief Judge of the Appellate Court of Maryland. She previously worked at Kramon & Graham as a summer associate and law clerk.
During law school, Catherine served as a student attorney in the Youth, Education & Justice Clinic, representing individuals serving life sentences, preparing post-conviction motions, and arguing before the Maryland Parole Commission. She is a trained mediator under Maryland Rule 17-104.
Catherine earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she received the Public Service Award. She holds bachelor's degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Public Policy from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is admitted to practice in Maryland.
