Kramon & Graham obtains summary judgment for employer in dispute over contract terms

Kramon & Graham recently obtained summary judgment on behalf of a client, an international software and information technology company.  In the lawsuit, the plaintiff alleged in various causes of action that the client breached its compensation agreement and therefore owed hundreds of thousands of dollars in past commission.  In the District Court in Utah, Kramon & Graham employment attorneys George Brown and James Geiser (on brief) established that the client was not in breach of the agreement and therefore did not owe the plaintiff the claimed damages. In granting the client's motion, the Court entered summary judgment against the plaintiff's claims with prejudice.
