Louis Malick and Summer Hughes Niazy Join Kramon & Graham

Kramon & Graham, P.A. is pleased to announce that Louis Malick and Summer Hughes Niazy have joined the firm as associates.

Louis clerked for an incumbent judge, Honorable Deborah S. Eyler, and two retired judges specially assigned full time to the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland, Honorable Lawrence F. Rodowsky and Honorable Charles E. Moylan, Jr. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland School of Law and is a member of the Order of the Coif. While in law school, he interned at the Office of the Public Defender in Baltimore City and clerked at a Baltimore plaintiffs' litigation firm. Through the University of Maryland Criminal Defense Clinic, he represented clients charged with misdemeanor offenses in the District Court of Maryland in Baltimore City. He also served as a staff member and Notes & Comments Editor on the Journal of Business & Technology Law. Louis received his B.A., cum laude, from the College of William & Mary. He joined the firm's litigation group.

Summer clerked for the Honorable Stephanie A. Gallagher, United States Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. She received her J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she practiced as a student attorney in UMD's Immigration Clinic, representing clients before the U.S. Immigration Court and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. She was also a Rose Zetzer Fellow in the Women and Leadership Program. In addition, Summer served as Executive Technology Editor of the Journal of Business and Technology Law, worked as a writing fellow in the school's Legal Writing Program, and led annual trips to New Orleans with the Maryland Law Service Corps. She received her B.A. from Tulane. Summer joined the firm's litigation group.
