Known for handling transactions for many of the region's most prominent builders and developers, Stuart Resnick has more than three decades of experience in the real estate industry. Stuart works with clients to settle commercial transactions, including acquisition and development transactions, builder acquisitions, construction loan transactions, and the purchase of office buildings, shopping centers, and raw acreage.
In addition to facilitating the settlement of complex commercial sales and acquisitions, Stuart has considerable experience resolving complications arising at residential and commercial closings, including issues involving boundary line disputes, easements, agreements, and loan documents.
Before joining Kramon & Graham, Stuart worked for ten years for Continental Title Group as Underwriting Counsel, resolving title issues, assisting clients with risk diversification, and providing complete and thorough title insurance coverage for his clients. In addition to operating his own title company for more than twelve years, Stuart worked as Regional Director for the largest independently owned real estate settlement service firm in the region.
The Circuit Courts of Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and Howard County, and the United States Bankruptcy Court have designated Stuart as an expert witness in litigation matters concerning title issues, title company operations, and title company responsibilities.
