Brown and Shuster Present to ACC-Baltimore: Lessons Learned from Breach of Contract Claims

On February 25, 2015, Kramon & Graham principals George Brown and David Shuster gave a presentation to the Baltimore Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel. The presentation, titled Lessons Learned from Breach of Contract Claims, covered the legal principles of contract modifications through course of conduct and authority of employees to modify contract terms. George and Dave offered strategies for companies to protect against unwittingly changing key contract terms through the actions of junior level employees. During prior events, Kramon & Graham attorneys have presented to the ACC-Baltimore on other litigation subjects of interest to in-house attorneys. The firm is a proud supporter of ACC-Baltimore.
