Jillian Bokey is a member of Kramon & Graham's Real Estate practice. She represents developers, homebuilders, owners, and contractors in residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate development projects, with a particular focus on transactions involving the formation of residential condominium and homeowner associations.
Jillian has experience in general real estate matters including land use, zoning and planning, and real estate litigation.
Before attending law school, Jillian worked for a property management company where she managed homeowner and condominium associations and negotiated contracts.
During law school, Jillian served as Managing Editor of the University of Baltimore School of Law Journal of International Law, as a Student Fellow of the University of Baltimore School of Law Center for International and Comparative Law, and as a Research Assistant for two professors.
