Kramon & Graham real estate attorney Callie Tucker becomes a Business Volunteers of Maryland GIVE Fellow

Callie TuckerKramon & Graham attorney Callie J. Tucker has become a Fellow of the Business Volunteers of Maryland GIVE program. The 9-month program prepares rising leaders in Baltimore for civic engagement and community leadership.

Practicing in the firm's nationally-recognized real estate and transactions group, Callie works primarily on large-scale urban development projects, including office buildings, industrial sites, shopping centers, and residential developments. She handles sophisticated deals, including lending transactions, leasing arrangements, residential and commercial land development deals, and real estate acquisitions and dispositions.

Callie is a member of and actively engaged in professional organizations in the real estate industry, including the Urban Land Institute-Baltimore, CREW-Baltimore, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). She is a member of the Bar Association of Baltimore City, and the Maryland State Bar Association.

A native of Missouri, Callie moved to Baltimore from St. Louis in 2017. She is a graduate of the 2015 class of Leadership Clayton, a St. Louis Chamber of Commerce program designed to educate and promote effective community leaders, and volunteered through the Community Economic Development Program of Legal Services of Eastern Missouri. She was selected by Legal Services of Eastern Missouri as the recipient of the 2016 John R. Essner Young Lawyer of the Year Award. She also served as an adjunct professor at Washington University Olin Business School.

Callie is admitted to practice law in Maryland, Missouri, and Illinois. She received her J. D. from Washington University School of Law and her B.S. from Northwestern University.
