As a member of Kramon & Graham's Real Estate practice, Callie Tucker advises clients on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including land acquisition, development, construction, operation, leasing, financing, and disposition. Her experience also includes landlord-tenant disputes and complex title matters.
Callie's clients include developers, owners, and operators of office buildings, industrial buildings, shopping centers, housing developments, and apartment buildings.
As a member of the firm's transactional practice, Callie assists individuals and companies of all sizes with entity formation, asset sales and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, and other general business matters.
During law school, Callie served as an Executive Editor of the Washington University Law Review.
