Practicing in the firm's real estate and transactions group, Callie advises clients on large-scale and complex commercial real estate projects, including office buildings, industrial sites, hotels, shopping centers, and residential developments. She handles a variety of sophisticated matters, including real estate acquisitions and dispositions, lending transactions, leasing arrangements, and residential and commercial land development deals. Her clients include homebuilders, developers, and commercial landlords and tenants.
As a member of the firm's transactional practice, Callie assists individuals and companies of all sizes with entity formation, asset sales and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, and other general business matters.
Before she graduated from Washington University School of Law, Callie served as an Executive Editor of the Washington University Law Review.
