Joseph is a member of the firm's professional liability group, focusing on legal ethics, attorney disciplinary matters, and legal malpractice claims.
Before joining the firm, Joseph practiced at two Baltimore-based law firms where he handled a wide variety of civil matters, including professional liability and personal injury suits. Most recently, he represented healthcare providers and major healthcare institutions in high-exposure medical malpractice cases in Maryland and Washington, D.C. Before entering private practice, Joseph served as an Assistant Public Defender in Baltimore County and Baltimore City. As a public defender, he represented indigent clients charged with serious felony offenses and gained significant courtroom and jury trial experience.
