Kramon & Graham’s Emily R. Greene Named to The Daily Record’s 2026 Leading Women Awards List
Kramon & Graham Principal Emily R. Greene has been honored in the Maryland Daily Record's Leading Women Awards List. This achievement honors women under 40 years old who “juggle demanding careers, families, personal health and well-being plus community service.” While also demonstrating a "relentless commitment to inspiring change” and “redefining leadership on their terms,” says Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, Managing Director of BridgeTower Media/The Daily Record. Emily represents clients in complex disputes and litigation at all levels of federal and state courts. Her extensive experience includes shareholder and partnership disputes, catastrophic personal injury matters, asset recovery and collection matters, large property-loss claims, real estate disputes, construction claims, and contract claims. She also has significant experience defending police officers in civil rights lawsuits, as well as handling state and federal appeals in both criminal and civil matters.
Emily is recognized for her exceptional litigation skill and unwavering dedication to her clients, earning distinctions in respected publications such as Best Lawyers. Her broad experience across different industries and diverse areas of practice reflects the depth of expertise that sets her apart in the legal community.

In addition to her busy practice, Emily is a leader in the profession. She is the immediate Past Chair of the Young Lawyers Section of the Maryland State Bar Association, and serves on the Boards of Directors of both Disability Rights Maryland and Pro Bono Resource Center of Maryland. Emily is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and the Maryland Bar Foundation, and is an active member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Maryland, the Baltimore County Bar Association, the Bar Association of Baltimore City, the Defense Research Institute, and the Montgomery County Bar Association.
