Kramon & Graham has a nationally-recognized insurance coverage practice. According to Chambers USA, one of the nation's leading legal research guides, our insurance practice "can handle almost any coverage matter." Our attorneys represent insurers in coverage litigation across the country. We handle coverage disputes and provide advice concerning general liability, D&O, E&O, excess, and umbrella policies. We represent insurers in coverage claims concerning asbestos-exposure injuries, construction defects, environmental releases, product liability, personal and advertising injury, professional liability, sexual molestation, and other commercial disputes. We also handle disputes regarding first-party commercial policies, professional-liability policies, directors and officers' coverage, and personal-lines policies.

We have represented national property and casualty insurers in disputes involving more than $1 billion. We represent insurers before state and federal courts, ADR panels, and state regulatory agencies. At the appellate level, we represent insurers in appellate courts throughout the country in first-party and third-party coverage disputes.

Our attorneys are invited speakers and authors on insurance coverage issues for various industry conferences and meetings, including those sponsored by the Insurance Coverage Litigation Section of the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the National Business Institute, MC Consultants, Inc., and the Construction Defect Claims Managers Association. In addition, many of our attorneys have served as editors of the CGL Reporter.
